I have had 10 years’ experience working at Crossroads, after a short break and returning in November 2020, I started as a Carer Support Worker, then Team Leader and now as Admin Coordinator/ Finance. I ensure things run smoothly both internally and externally, dealing with enquiries, while liaising with the charities in the 3rd sector, care staff and family members of our clients. Supporting the CE0 and the management team with funding, daily issue and care packages.
